Thanks for your thoughtful post. The area I focus on is secondary trauma and staff wellness, which I believe are key (though often overlooked) subjects to address when promoting and sustaining successful Trauma Informed Care and Educational Services. Indeed the quality of support and care that staff provide to each other will be reflected in how well they are able to support their clients or students.
