Great discussion! I am just about to start a workgroup in the state of Vermont to come up with screening/assessement/evaluation protocols for primary care practice. I am also part of a group organizing a conference on ACEs for primary care providers - we are hopeful Dr. Felitti will be joining us for that, in the fall of 2013.

To hear from doctors who are already screening would be very helpful. I'm curious what "hooks" a doctor to get him/her screening, what problems come up, if they see a change in their patient after the ACEs have been identified and perhaps treatment has begun, as well as the kinds of questions you asked, Heather.
