NEAR Science and Self-Healing Communities impact beyond the RWJ research

I am looking for data supporting the use of Self-Healing Communities and/or the NEAR Science Master Trainer initiative from communities, counties or states who have implemented one or both of these endeavors. I am aware of the RWJ research supporting SHC work in WA, however, I am trying to locate other data impacts from organizations around our country. Thank you!
