Medical Record Coding for the ACE's

In an effort to make sure the Social Determinants of Health make it into the data that is used for analysis I have been advocating for Medical Coders to be able to code from RN and Social Workers notes. (ICD 10 codes Z55-Z65). Part of this, Z62, seems to be the ACE's which Social Workers might be likely to document.
