Reply to "Measures of trauma-informed care characteristics"

Hello Russell, You might be interested in the final report of a SAMHSA virtual conference I participated in on Promoting a Universal Approach to Recovery-Oriented Care in Hospitals and Medical Home Settings. http://brsstacs.center4si.com/...anelOY3EP2Report.pdf

I've also developed a brief trauma-informed approaches scale for a specific project, as well as a self-reflection assessment scale on trauma-informed approaches for peer-run programs.  While I'm not sure I'm allowed to share  these with a wide audience, if you email me at dpenney@ahpnet.com, I'd be happy to tell you more. I was also part of a group that developed a manual on Trauma-Informed Peer Support for Women (which, except for one gender-specific chapter, is really applicable to all people) http://ahpnet.com/AHPNet/media..._REVISED_10_2012.pdf

Plus, my colleague and I offer a 2-day training on trauma-informed peer support.
