Looking for St. Louis/Ferguson partners

We are looking at SAMHSA's ReCast grant for building resilience in a city that has had police protests. Does anyone in the St. Louis metro want to partner on this? Poetry for Personal Power already have a methodology that is different than the ACES connection methodology. Doing both together might be cool, too.

Also, we need to find a civic entity willing to be lead applicant.
