Hi Amy - I am working with some middle and high schools to conduct trauma screening and interventions. The screening takes place through the school-based health center. Some schools are using the ACEs, and others are using more comprehensive screeners, like the CBITS screener, or UCLA PTSD Rxn Index. Interventions used for youth screening positive include: Trauma and Grief Component Therapy for Adolescents, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in Schools (CBITS), Seeking Safety, DBT.
