Vermont's 2013 legislature apparently only passed part of House Bill 762-requiring All Vt. 'Health Care Providers' to screen All patients, regardless of age, for ACEs. Prime Sponsor of the [on-going] bill is a Pediatrician. Part of the on-going follow-up reportedly involves framing the ACE screening questions in a fashion suitable for children, versus adult patients. I'm not certain how they plan to measure Resiliency, and whether the questions may be different for folks younger than 18 years of age.
