Hello - I know this is off topic but in looking at the PRAPARE, it seems like there hasn't been much done with it since the initial implementation with the 7 sites. I'm thinking the Accountable Healthy Communities Health Related Social Need Screening might be better since the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services is estimating that it will be used with over 7 million people in the next 5 years... Any thoughts?
