Reply to "Implementing the PRAPARE and ACES in a Community Health Center"

Hi, all.  Our FQHC in eastern NC has been involved in the roll out of ACE inventories, the PRAPARE tool, and trauma-informed/resilience focused awareness over the past two years.  The materials and research are easy enough to come by and as you have found, there is a wealth of information.  We've chosen to tackle this from a culture change standpoint and as part of our Patient-Centered Medical Home work.  I am the Director of Integrated Care and Behavioral Health here and would be happy to talk with any of you about our experiences.  Needless to say, challenges abound but it's great work! I can be directly emailed at jan.freeman@rhgnc.org and if interested, we can set up time to talk.
