Impact of knowledge of ACEs of providers serving clients with high ACEs

I'm interested in finding tools that measure the impact supporting home visiting staff to understand and address their own ACEs has on their ability to better support their clients. Do you have any norm standardized tools? Or un-standardized? The tools do not have to be specifically designed for home visiting programs.
