Hello Randa, I think groups are incredibly effective. Over the past two years, I have been building a curriculum to help people overcome trauma and it will be published in February-March. It is a psycho-educational program that can be lead by a paraprofessional or a professional. It includes many activities. I hope this is something that you can use.
