I just wanted to say welcome. I wish I could help you, but I'm not a practitioner of trauma therapy or anything like that, so I'm less qualified to respond to your question than many members of this site. Weekends tend to be pretty quiet around here, so I am guessing that come Monday, you'll see suggestions from others on here who can help answer your question. If for some reason that doesn't happen, then I will reach out to some who can help you and I will follow up with you. Just didn't want you to be left hanging!
