As a registered attachment therapist and certified EMDR therapist, I treat all of these conditions, but my office is in Newport Beach near the OC airport. If distance is prohibitive, I'd suggest you look for "resources" on the ATTACh website (Association for Training on Trauma and Attachment in Children), www.attach.org, which lists clinicians who treat both adults and children.
