Evidenced-Based Trauma-intervention/treatment Practices for very young children

Hello Again - while TF-CBT has taken Philadelphia by storm, I wonder what other states and cities are utilizing for treatment of very young traumatized children and traumatized/attachment-disregulated children of all ages. Are clinicians finding that TF-CBT truly works for EVERYONE? Or, like I have, are some discovering that very young children (3 to 7/8) and attachment-disrupted children do not behave predictably with this model? What of PCIT/Theraplay/Attachment-Based Family Therapy/ARC/SMART models? Or even NMT? Replies welcomed...Thanks much.
