Excellent inquiry! In the past, I studied organizational sustainability and in that pursuit, encountered a lot of research that has been written about in cultivating authentic employee engagement. What I have found in the research is that the EXACT tenets/principles of what cultivates high employee engagement also is trauma-informed.
