Does the FANS or the PFS-2 have an educational requirement?

The agency I work for is looking to adopt either the FANs (Family Assessment of Needs) or the PFS-2 (Protective Factors Survey - 2), and we are wondering if there is an educational requirement for staff to be able to administer them. Do they have to hold a certain level of education to use them with clients?
