Reply to "Does anyone have knowledge of ACES being used specifically by criminal defense attorneys?"

[Georgia juvenile] Judge Steven Teske's 12/8/2015 JJIE article: "States should mandate School- Justice partnerships to end violence against our children" might have elicited comments from criminal defense attorneys to the article in JJIE. Judge Teske was also instrumental in a statewide initiative in Connecticut.

Where states like California use "direct relief" against 14-17 year old juveniles to try them as adults, Perhaps further comments to news coverage of such items might be ascertained using Google Scholar. Sorry I couldn't be more help at this time.
