Does anyone have knowledge of ACES being used specifically by criminal defense attorneys?

I have seen different studies and research on ACES and the link to criminal justice and trauma in criminal defendants, but does anyone know of instances where criminal defense attorneys or public defenders are using ACES with the adult clients they represent? I imagine if attorneys had the information on their clients' ACES scores, it would be helpful for clients at sentencing (especially with the goal of steering these clients to needed treatment/resources to address their underlying issues). I do not know of any direct examples where this is used, however, so am hopeful information exists.
