Since it has a bit more information: I'm adding to your "ask the community" this request you posted as a comment:

I have searched for a doctor for my 24 year old son, 22 year old daughter and myself in Pittsburgh PA. No luck. My son is permanently disabled from lupus and a back injury from his father when he was 9 that has caused permanent back pain. My daughter has pernicious anemia, a permanent autoimmune disorder and an abnormal EEG. I have a severe issue with an autoimmune disorder that has caused a rash from head to toe, arthritis and have been on a medication to stop my body from attacking me. My older two children also have health issues, one that is autoimmune but are managing. I am hoping to find an ACE doctor in PA, OH or WV for my son who is the worst.
