In addition to the excellent suggestions offered by Elizabeth, there are a number of states in which schools do ‘Student Wellness / Healthy Teen’ type surveys. Such is the case here in Oregon, maybe your state does too?

Districts receive detailed local data and aggregated state & county data are publicly available. These surveys include a number of ACE / Trauma / Toxic Stress related questions.
