Lorraine,

I've done a search for possible resources and I'm finding mostly school-based guidelines for disciplining traumatized children. I'm not sure that would necessarily work for your setting, but if so, it looks like PBIS and Safe Supportive Learning are the best bets from what I've seen thus far. Perhaps others have different recommendations.
