Community resilience-building program outcomes?

I am so grateful for this forum! I know so many of you are doing excellent community-level work around ACEs & resilience, and I'm wondering if you can share "evidence-based" or "evidence-informed" practices that you have read about or been involved with around COMMUNITY-level resilience. I'm trying to justify more community-level work, but of course increased funding opportunities request information about the health outcomes that will be impacted. So much of this work is emerging and the outcomes take so long to achieve I'm not sure where to look to find evidence to help argue the value of it to a funder. Thank you for ANY help or thoughts you have on this!
