HI - I have used "Visiting Feelings" and "Silence," both picture books. I also have used "The Listening Walk," by Paul Showers. The success I have had with "Visiting Feelings" has been tremendous. Adults (some in recovery) and children alike can appreciate the idea of a feeling coming in, staying for a short time, and then passing by. Beautiful and a good beginning to the conversation about self-regulation and affect management. Good luck with your project!
