Reply to "CA ACEs summit's 'Follow a Child' Part III - What should juvenile court do?"

I don't have lots of knowledge in this area so instead what I will do is post the NCTSN website on the Juvenile Justice System (but family court judges need to understand the effects of childhood adversity and toxic stress on children and the developing brain, immune system functioning, and epigenetic factors).
