Bylaws for Collective Impact

The ACE Nashville Collective Impact leadership team is looking to solidify some "rules of engagement", or more formally, bylaws for the group in order to better inform who needs to be engaged in the group as well as what is expected from group members.

We are looking for examples of bylaws from other ACE-related groups across the country to help get us started. Have any other groups already gone through this process? If so, are you willing to share?
