Perhaps the answer is in your next to last question: ask each team to share their experience regarding their setting and how administration, teachers, support staff, cafeteria workers, bus drivers, and security detail, respond to students and to peers. I am convinced that training, without the context having been provided by those who work within the specific school/organization, becomes no more than a pedantic exercise
