Available Resilience/Assets Screening/Assessment Tools?

Hi folks,

I am looking for resilience/assets screening/assessment questionnaires, similar to the one available at: http://resiliencetrumpsaces.org/providersin.cfm

I love what the Search Institute has available at http://www.search-institute.org/survey-services/surveys, however it is unfortunate that all their materials are not available to reproduce or distribute.

In addition to those listed above, I would like to find a few more options that are appropriate for use by different types of adolescent health/wellness providers in school, clinic, and/or youth development settings. Preferably evidence based/tested.

I've found that people are much more open to taking and/or distributing the ACEs questionnaire if it is paired with a resilience/assets questionnaire. This approach also encourages a paradigm shift away from deficits and towards strengths based approaches.

I greatly appreciate any suggestions!
