Are you screening for ACEs in schools? How are you responding?

My Philadelphia colleague, Roy Wade, MD is developing a youth informed ACE survey which he will be piloting in a number of different types of organizations this fall - one is a high school. He and I are wondering who has experience with screening for ACEs in a school setting and what the mechanisms are used to respond to either individual positive ACEs and/or the cumulative score (who responds, at what level, referrals etc...).
