Hi there! Want to echo the diversity comment and also share that I am the creator of a pictorial trauma assessment tool for children that uses a puppy character. Frankly, that was done as a way to avoid having to create multiple versions with varying genders and races/ethnicities. But, literature also backs the use of animals as surrogates for kiddos. I realize your materials are already created, but just some additional feedback. Anyway, would love to be involved--- I am an assistant professor of social work at the Mandel School in Cleveland, OH but I'm also a child/family therapist. Could help with research or development?
