We have a resource page called "Models/Training for Developing Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) Systems":

There are some self assessment tools available for agencies among the various resources. Probably a good page to explore. If you perform a "CTRL F" and type in the word "assess" the pertinent resources will be highlighted.
