Please include a focus on staff wellness and resiliency as part of your training plan. Our work providing training across all sectors for more than 10 years locally in Philadelphia, as well as our more recent national work which has taken us to programs integrating ACEs and trauma-informed approaches in all types of organizations has demonstrated that focusing on staff wellness and resilience (often as a first step) is imperative.
