Sam Thomas sent this - "It is a quick read highlighting the importance of acknowledging our own roles in oppressive systems and offers 6 questions to ask when looking at advancing equity in systems change.  The author cautions that it is not easy to reflect in this way but that is it necessary.  It...made me think of our BFC-VT work and wonder if other trainers would find it a valuable read."
