Thank you for providing those tips. I know what bipolar disorder is, and for me, it has taken a lot of time to understand what I do wrong and what I have to change to be able to cope with it. And telling others "no" is one of the most helpful things because, for me, it was so hard to say no. I didn't want to make someone feel bad or think that I don't want to help, but after all, I chose myself, and now I know my boundaries and limits very well.
