Community Benefit Grant Application Request for Kaiser Permanente Anaheim and Irvine

 
Kaiser Permanente (serving Anaheim and Irvine) is requesting proposals for our 3 Year Community Benefit Grant Funding Cycle (2017 - 2020). 

The online application will open on February 15th and can be accessed at  https://www.GrantRequest.com/S...SA=SNA&FID=35288 

The deadline for submitting your complete grant application is March 15th at 2:00 pm. 

Grant awards range from $24,000 to $60,000 under the following 4 funding priorities: 
Access to Health Care 
Economic Security (Financial Wellbeing) 
Mental and Behavioral Health (Social and Emotional Support) 
Healthy Eating Active Living
