Maybe you’ve seen Todd Olin around town, but not know his name. He’s the guy in the orange safety vest, a smile on his face, a shopping cart and a broom at his side, picking up trash along streets around Garden Grove, Stanton and a few other cities. A neon green piece of poster board gives part of his story: “Volunteer worker,” it reads. “Please make a donation to my clean-up effort.
