This is a very hot subject right now for Great Start Collaboratives. (GSC) There is a GSC in every county in MI. Each GSC is made up of a diverse board from the community that focuses on Early Childhood Education and Programming. This is a great network to get the word out, however it is up to each GSC Coordinator as whether to focus on it in their area. I wanted to introduce other members of Northern Michigan ACEs to MiTeam and get feedback on how it is working in building Trauma Informed Communities in your community? How can we improve MiTeam efforts throughout the state? Here is a MDHHS...

I am an LPC in Ludington, MI. I am looking to connect with trauma practitioners and others looking to increase community awareness, as well as work with clients. I just joined Aces Connection and am reaching out to see what is going on in this area.
