Emotions are an integral and normal aspect of the human experience, transcending gender boundaries. It is crucial to emphasize that men, just like anyone else, should actively learn and develop skills to effectively process their emotions. Male trauma, Making the connection| Men's Health Month

We all know that experiencing trauma can profoundly impact our perspective of the world, especially for men. Unfortunately, it can be difficult for men to find an outlet to express their hurt or pain due to societal expectations. Men are often taught that showing emotion or crying out of pain is a sign of weakness and are encouraged to conceal their true feelings. It's essential to recognize that men who have survived traumatic events may experience symptoms that they might not be aware of.
