Mind Matters: Overcoming Adversity and Building Resilience was added to the Los Angeles Department of Mental Health Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) list in May. Being on the list allows contractors in LA County to use MHSA funds to purchase the program materials when working with their populations to address trauma and reduce toxic stress. LADMH had previously included Love Notes on their PEI list as well.
