Thanks for sharing such an amazing and informative blog. This is really helpful for kids who are suffering from anxiety. This is such an initial stage where parents and teachers can help the child overcome their issue but at a large scale, I prefer there are therapists in our society who are offering their services and do their best to overcome their client's issues so we have to consult with them.
