The OCAP Strategic Plan
The OCAP would like to announce the release of our 2020 – 2025 Strategic Plan. This plan details the OCAP’s goals and objectives for the next five years. The vision for this plan is for public systems, private citizens, business and communities to work together in unity to improve programs and services throughout the state to strengthen children and families. The OCAP will work toward this by building capacity in the field, creating linkages through a common agenda and leveraging resources to build protective factors. Over the years, the OCAP has emphasized the importance of unity, coming out of our silos and working in collaboration to help children and families thrive.
