Upstream Investments Manager: Program Planning and Evaluation Analyst

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience implementing program evaluation models that promote evidence-based practice and support outcome-driven program design
  • Strong background in social services research and evaluation
  • Knowledge and experience related to the Sonoma County Upstream Investments initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including detailed reports, data visualization techniques, technical guidance documents, and literature reviews
  • Experience providing presentations and training on complex topics
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgment
  • Knowledge of local demographics, population-level trends
  • Practical experience in applying statistical and qualitative analysis
  • Advanced computer skills, including online surveys and presentation software, and internet research
  • Knowledge of local health and human services providers (non-profit and government)
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience facilitating strategic planning sessions
