I think having a signal for help is wonderful, but I wonder about using this particular signal. Many of us use this as part of a working model of the brain in a state of calm, based on Dr Daniel Siegel's "flip your lid" model ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gm9CIJ74Oxw ).
