Supporting children in the struggle against COVID-19 on 3/24 (www.embracerace.org)

Excerpt from the founders of Embrace Race about the webinar tomorrow night from  8:30-9:30 pm ET (5:30-6:30 pm PST):

"Like you, we've been adjusting to the new normal created by the fight against the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). That means trying to help our two girls make the adjustment themselves. It also means trying to gauge how we can best support you in light of who we are, what we're hearing from you, and the range of resources being created in response to the crisis.

One thing we can do is bring together people with relevant expertise to help guide your, and our, efforts as caregivers.

Please join us for Tuesday's webinar, Supporting our children in the struggle against COVID-19, happening on March 24th, 8:30-9:30 pm ET. We'll be joined by two special guests - clinical psychologist, Dr. Allison Bricoe-Smith, and developmental behavioral pediatrician, Dr. Adiaha Spinks-Franklin - for a conversation about how adults can support the emotional, psychological, and physical health of children in this shelter-in-place moment. As always, we'll leave lots of time for your questions and comments."
