Training on peer mediation program, Peace Patrol

Learn how to implement the Interactions for Peace peer mediation and conflict resolution program, Peace Patrol. Our experiential lessons are based on the theory of Restorative Practices. Learn specific methods and strategies for teaching fifteen lesson plans that build self-awareness, cooperation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Join us for this two day event July 6th & 7th from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm each day.

A team of 3 to 5 from one site is $1250.  All materials and lunch included.

Peace Patrol:

  • is used by everyone, 3rd grade through adults;
  • leads to the appreciation and understanding of diversity;
  • teaches all how to create solutions, consider consequences and make positive decisions;
  • provides reasonable alternatives to gangs and antisocial behavior;
  • is a way to enhance a restorative culture or can be used to bring restorative ideas into your environment;
  • may be included in your school Safety Plan.
