Discover your inner still place in this women’s workshop that blends the depths of neuroscience findings with the power of narrative. You will learn mindful journaling practices to transform fear and cultivate a state of deep calm and connection. Experience how mindful journaling can help you to rewire your brain, reset your nervous system, and cultivate inner peace, happiness, and resilience. Please bring a journal and a pen.

Instructor: Jen Johnson, MS, MS, MFA, LCMHC, BCC is a mindfulness teacher, coach, and therapist, photographer, and writer teaching mindfulness for mind-body healing and resilience. Her writing has been published in book chapters, magazines, literary journals, and professional training manuals, and she has taught writing at the college level. Jen is the creator of Invisible Wounds of War project that offers mindfulness, writing, and photography workshops for healing. Learn more about Jen here.
