Burnout and compassion fatigue can be experienced by any of us. This is especially true for anyone in a position of public service leadership. Who takes care of the person at the top?

In this one day self-care retreat, a sacred healer (Rose Carey) and a seasoned trainer and facilitator (Emily Read Daniels) will bring leaders together to locate and intentionally settle stress response through increased social connection and body awareness exercises.

Intentionally offered in the bucolic village of Hancock, NH, participants will benefit from the opportunity to pause, breathe, reflect, and deepen their understanding of self and tools for strengthening nervous system resilience.
