This summit will focus on five areas, including legal issues, medical issues, a behavioral/counseling forum, early education training and another, Chattanooga 2.0, a project to make Chattanooga the "smartest community in the South".
Tennessee First Lady Crissy Haslem will introduce Dr. Pat Levitt, WM Keck Provost Professor of Neurogenetics, Keck School of Medicine of USC, who is the keynote speaker.
