The population of Blacks in San Diego is approximately 4.5 per cent. Yet, Black males make up 8 per cent of the suicide in San Diego County. What can de done to stop this trend? What services are available now? How can services be access?

Hello friends

I want to acknowledge this tragedy does in indeed exist in the Black Culture...It certainly NOT A RACE PROBLEM. Its a HUMAN PROBLEM. This group does well to help those who are DISADVANTAGED, POOR or some other MINORITY GROUP. Again and again. It is a HUMAN PROBLEM... It has been a HUMAN PROBLEM and few people are talking about this HUGE ELEPHANT that is laying dead in YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD and in MY NEIGHBORHOOD. Few are NOT TALKING and staying in those dysfunctional rules in DYSFUNCTIONAL Family's just BACK FAMILYS.....it is the HUMAN FAMILY......The black family is not the only family that is Dysfunctional. Is it?
