The Voice of Lived Experience: Linda Ketterer
Micaela Cunningham, NAMI SD, Community Development Specialist Trainer
Linda Ketterer has worked in the county of San Diego for over 20 years. Her Learning Exchange on 11.5.21, reflected Linda's story of resilience, trauma-informed care, and the importance of lived experience within the System of Care. Her journey began In San Diego youth services, NAMI San Diego, and training with the Academy for Professional Excellence as a strong ally in the implementation of Pathways to Well-Being. Ms. Ketterer provided the family voice through a number of trainings for Child Welfare Services workers, foster parents, and Behavioral Health Services providers.
Joining Linda is Micaela Cunningham, Community Development Specialist Trainer, NAMI SD, who will share on Peer Support Coaching and Working Together with those with Lived Experiences, in addition to resources NAMI SD provides.
